Complete Guide to Filling the EPS Korea Manufacturing (UBT) Exam Form
Step 1: Registration & Passport Details
Visit the Department of Foreign Employment (Government of Nepal) portal.

Enter:

• Passport Number
• Date of Birth (AD)

Click Next Step to proceed.

Step 2: Personal & Contact Information
Fill in:

• Mobile Number (for OTP verification)
• Email Address
• Password (and confirm it).

Click Submit.

Step 3: OTP Verification
An OTP will be sent to your mobile.

• Enter the OTP to verify your account.

Step 4: Profile Sync & Age Validation
Ensure your passport data is synced (go to Profile if not).

• Confirm your age is between 18–39 years (mandatory for eligibility).

Step 5: Form Auto-Fill & Missing Data
The system auto-fills your details.

• Manually enter any missing information (e.g., education, address).

Step 6: Photo Upload
Upload:

• Passport-sized photo (max 14 KB, JPG format).
• Passport copy (max 98 KB, JPG format).
• Refer to the Image Guide if rejected.

Step 7: Terms & Conditions
Agree to:

"Information is true."

"No objection if job is not guaranteed."

Check the box and click Preview.

Step 8: Payment
Select payment method (Khalti/Connect IPS).

Complete the transaction before the deadline.

Step 9: Final Submission
Review all details.

Click Submit to finalize your application.

Step 10: Exam Card & Updates
Check your dashboard for the exam date/center (e.g., Lalitpur).

• Print the entrance card when notified.
